Connect your Claude
Use your own Claude subscription or Anthropic API key. Your provider bills any model usage to you; configure a fallback for continuity.
Connect your Google
Create your own free Google Cloud project and Desktop OAuth client. This is the longest manual step and keeps your Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Contacts, Docs and Sheets under your control.

Mac app
Verify and install the latest clean DMG, optionally choose fleet order and display labels, then test the stay-warm window and local deck.
Phone + voice
Create private Tailscale HTTPS, enrol the phone PWA, test microphone, voice-note playback and notifications, then optionally pair an iOS node.
